Elizabeth Isham

Life

Elizabeth Isham, christened 7 May 1607 at Barby.^? She was married to Thomas Burrard of Lymington, Hants, M.P. for Lymington.^? He was born in 1611, and dying 14 Dec. 1661 was buried at Lymington.^? His widow was executrix in 1676 of the will of her sister Anne, under which she had many legacies.^? She died in Oct. 1680 at Westminster,^? leaving issue, the fee simple of the manor of Barby, as has been already related, becoming vested in her son and heir, John Burrard, who sold it in 1683.¹
